Step 2: Use Concealer To Clean Up Your Shape

Once you’ve created a basic outline of the eyeliner form you want, go in with a little concealer or a little brush dipped in makeup remover to create more exact edges. Steps one and two should be repeated on your opposite eye, with your first eye serving as a reference for placement.

Step 3: Apply A Liquid Formula To Your Pencilled Wing

Step 4: Apply the Liquid Liner Across Your Lash Line 

Connect the wing to your lash line after you’re happy with the form, continuing all the way across your lash line till you reach the inner corner of your eye. Instead of trying to sweep across the entire lash line in one stroke, use a feathering motion to make tiny dashes (that you can join). If you make any mistakes (even makeup professionals make mistakes, as Hughes points out in this article), simply wipe them up with a little detailed brush soaked in makeup remover or concealer.
