August 7th, 2021, Mr. Mukesh Mallik, the renowned entrepreneur, and businessman conducted an online workshop on ‘How to build a business. He has great industry experience with the latest on-ground practices and implementations and has been mentored by the very best. Building onto his strong belief based on structured learning, he went on to share his knowledge on “how a company is formed and what are the various ground-level experiences including administrative aspects of it”

Mr. Mallik covered the fundamentals of business, with the hands-on skills he acquired over 20 years of time in the market, not only mentoring 50+ start-ups but evaluating 1000s of them. The students were given a detailed walk-through over the crucial aspects of business, including sales and how to find buyers in Indian as well as external markets. Along with it, handling finance and funding in a business, various business models and innovations were discussed in the workshop as well.

A constructive dialogue took place as the students were enthused to learn about the process of building a business. The workshop set straight a route for them to picture and organize their ideas in an informed manner.

With the upcoming government support through programs like “Make in India,” it is now a responsibility of every educational institution to guide their talent in the right direction, which will not only ensure a better future for students but also set an inspiration for a progressing nation.
