Garment Manufacturing Technology


This short term course will enable the student to understand different parts of the garment and how they can be put together to create an entire garment. On the completion of the course, students will understand the placement of different components of the garments, and the basics of garment construction.




Garment Manufacturing Technology – 3 months

Students will be able to operate the industrial sewing machines and will know the different basic parts of the garment and the way they are attached to finish a garment. Students will be able to use the components of the garments in different permutations and combinations, to create different looks.
